Ingrid Pernkopf was born and brought up in Gmunden on Lake Traun. Since 1989, she and her husband have operated her parents’ restaurant “Grünberg am See“. She prefers to use local and natural products. The publican from Lake Traun, who has published eight cookbooks, gladly shares her knowledge and experience with those interested at cooing courses in her own “seminar kitchen“.

At the family-run three-star Landhotel Grünberg am See, you will not only be spoilt with culinary delights. The hotel has comfortably furnished rooms, some of them with a lake view.
