Vignette Toll Sticker

Since January 01, 1997, Austria’s highways and autobahns have been generally subject to toll. The toll is effected by purchasing a "Vignette" toll sticker which is to be attached to the windscreen. With motorcycles, the sticker has to be attached to a clearly visible part that is difficult to be removed. Infringements of the toll regulation will be fined!

• Yearly Sticker:
Passenger Car: EURO 72.67
Motorcycle: EURO 29.07
• Two Month Sticker:
Passenger Car, RV: EURO 21.80
Motorcycle: EURO 10.90
• 10-Day Sticker:
Passenger Car, RV: EURO 7.60
Motorcycle: EURO 4.30

The "Vignette" toll sticker can be purchased at automobile clubs in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and at gas stations close to the Austrian border. Within Austrian, you can purchase the toll sticker at post offices, tobacconists’ shops and gas stations.
